Look who’s kicked to the curb?
Tommie Raye Hynie, James Brown’s wife was kicked to the curb by his lawyer today. They apparently locked locked her out of their South Carolina mansion in front of press and other’s who of course took pictures of the whole ordeal.
“This is my home, I don’t have any money. I don’t have anywhere to go.”
Now his body isn’t even cold yet and some people are showing their ass true colours. Don’t feel too sorry for her just yet because she’s not really his wife as reported. She was already married when her and James got married… which might be why the lawyer isn’t giving her much regard as far as her right to the estate.. unless of course he’s planning on keeping the estate for himself? They’re insulting each other in the press, there is no sign of dignity or decorum to be found on either side so it’s gearing up to be a fight to the death ( pardon the pun ) over the bucks: An estimated 20 Million dollar pot of gold. To make matters worse, he has a 5 year-old son so there are 13 years of child support they have to come out of pocket for, James has his other two wife’s and children who will send in their bills to get paid and, even though she wasn’t his ‘legal’ wife, Tommie Raye does have some rights as a live-in lover for the last 6 years of his life.
